Once the siding is demoed, our crews inspect the framing and plywood sheathing to make sure the bones of the house are sound. Rot, failed fasteners and old water damage get found and fixed at this stage, not two years later.
We install an extensive waterproofing system to protect everything behind the cladding: drainable wrap, correctly lapped seams, taped penetrations, and the small details most crews skip because nobody ever sees them.
Openings are where water gets in. Our team specialises in fenestration waterproofing: sill pans, liquid-applied and self-adhered membrane, correct shingle-lap order.
New siding goes on over a wall we have already proven. Typically James Hardie fiber cement, installed to manufacturer spec, followed by trim, caulking and paint.

Yes. Once the old siding is off we inspect the framing and plywood sheathing before anything goes back on. If we find rot, failed fasteners or previous water damage, we document it with photos, tell you what the repair involves, and fix it before the new waterproofing goes up.
