Preparation is most of the job: washing, scraping, sanding, priming bare material and re-caulking failed joints, because coating over a failed substrate simply repeats the failure a season later.

Questions
01 Should I paint or replace my siding?
If the substrate is sound and the barrier behind it is intact, paint is the right and far cheaper answer. If paint keeps failing in the same places, the wall is usually wet from behind, and painting it again will not change that.
02 Do you paint new siding as part of a re-side?
Yes. Trim, caulk and paint are included in our siding scope, so the envelope is completely closed when the crew leaves.
03 Do you do standalone painting without other work?
Yes. Exterior painting is offered on its own as well as alongside siding, window or deck work.
