Scope, in plain language.
- Any unit, any brand. Vinyl, fiberglass, wood-clad, sliders, French and entry doors.
- Sill pans and pan flashing. Every opening gets a pan that drains outward, the detail most often missed on production installs.
- Membrane and sealant systems. Self-adhered and liquid-applied flashing membranes, lapped in the correct order into the wall barrier.
- Barrier integration. The window is tied into the weather-resistive barrier, so water that gets past the frame still drains out.
- Retrofit or full-frame. We tell you which the wall actually needs rather than defaulting to the quicker one.

Assessment
We look at the existing opening, the barrier around it, and any staining below it.

Unit selection
Sizes confirmed, product chosen, lead times set out in the estimate.

Removal
Old unit out, opening cleaned back and inspected for rot at the sill and jambs.

Pan and membrane
Sill pan installed, flashing membrane applied, laps set in drainage order.

Installation
Unit set, shimmed, fastened and sealed to spec, then flashed at the head.

Trim and interior finish, then a water-tightness check before we leave.

Questions
01 Why do so many windows leak even when they are new?
Because the unit is watertight but the opening is not. Without a sill pan and correctly lapped flashing, water that gets past the frame or the siding has nowhere to drain and ends up in the wall. That detail, not the window itself, is what we specialise in.
02 Can you install windows I have already bought?
Yes. We install any window or door brand and work to their rough-opening requirements.
03 Do you replace windows during a siding job?
That is the ideal time. With the siding off and the barrier being installed anyway, openings can be flashed into a new wall assembly properly, which is both better and cheaper than doing it later.
